Miss Mary Jane Green, internationally touring performance artist & music hall vaudevillian, pulls inspiration from Weimar Kabarett, UFA German Expressionism & early Hollywood cinema. She evokes the glory days of titillating cabaret appearing on stages across the US, Canada, New Zealand & Europe. Having performed for the majority of her life, she is a member of SAG/AFTRA/AEA studying at Circle in the Square Theater School on Broadway and holds a Master's degree in Drama.
Her background in ballet, jazz and the theatrical design arts combined with her vast experience acting & traveling informs her unique aestheticism. Miss Mary Jane’s scholarly pursuits specialize in Berlin's risqué cabaret scene during the Weimar Republic. She is a life long vintage enthusiast continuing in a classic vein with the hope of keeping bygone retro entertainment alive.
