SATORI CIRCUS is a Detroit based performance artist, walking into their 32nd year. Music and words have always been the forefront of the performance art pieces, but simple props, costumes, and character sketches are also included to bolster the main frame of any given performance. Utilizing observations from the world around to create these pieces, SATORI CIRCUS is a fierce absurdist performer aiming to dismantle expectations of what performance can be. SATORI CIRCUS has performed hundreds of shows all over the country, including Detroit, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, New York, New Haven, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
